My husband and I were at a friend's house on New Year's Eve and we started talking about the Fay Lake Resort.  They were shocked to hear that it was still open because they went to the resort about 30 years ago, when they were first married.  It was fun swapping stories with them about what a great time we all had.  Just thought you'd like to know how much people, both young and old, love to spend time at your resort.

Thanks much,

Amy

Dan & Diane,

We both want to tell you what a great job you're doing with the resort.  I see the difference!  You're wonderful people and we appreciate your kindness.

Sincerely,

Vicki & Chris

Dan and Diane,

One of the things that is very important to our group is to have a clean cabin.  When we arrived on the 14th of May we were really pleased to see that our cabin was all of that and then some.  We appreciate the extra clean cabins.  And you do a really great job of treating your guests in a very special way.

Thanks,

Greg,  Baraboo, WI

For anyone thinking of heading to Fay Lake Resort, DO IT!! My friends and I
(and now our wives too) have been heading up there for twenty years. Every
trip is a different adventure. Never a bad time, and always something to
do. Even the winters there are awesome! It's just a great place to be!
Heck, even Bear and Packer fans get along there.

Dan and Diane,

Thanks for a great long weekend!  My two boys Jack and Ben had a great time as usual at a special place.  I am so excited to see all of your hard work and I wish you nothing but success!  Fay Lake has been part of our family vacation experience for a long time and your work will keep it around longer than I ever thought possible.  I am so excited to see your vision.  Keep up the great work!!!!!

Mike

Diane and Dan,

We just wanted to let you know that we had a GREAT weekend.  We really enjoyed our time at your resort.  Everything was great.....the townhouse.....the pool......the bar.......your drink, Fay Lake Breeze and the owners.  Your doing a GREAT job with the resort.  It was such a relaxing weekend.....the best.  We can't wait until our next visit.

Thank you,  Sandy

Hi there.  My family came to Fay Lake beginning in the late 1980s/early 1990s and was there every summer until the early 2000s.  I have such wonderful memories from my childhood summers at the lake, catching up with cousins, getting to know new friends, and passing on the love of the outdoors to the next generation. I will be looking to go there soon when I need a break from the hectic world of Washington, DC.

Thanks for keeping the place up and running!

Diane and Dan,

The first time I was at your resort was about 4 years ago and it was awesome...then this past June, my husband, his family and all of our children plus myself came up there for a week....we have had nothing but great experiences since we have come up there.  All has been great especially the fishing.  I know that we will have many more memories and also I'm sure that the children will be bringing up their children up there, too.  Thank you again for all that you have done to the resort.  Both of you are very nice people to be around...keep up the great work

Melissa

I love this place. It has great fishing. I loved the swimming pool. This was
my most favorite vacation of all time thanks.

I've been going to Fay Lake with my family ever since I can remember. Haven't been able to make it the past couple years, but can't wait to go back. The fishing is awesome and the cabins on the water are awesome. Hope to go back soon.

Since you asked. How about the BIG BUMP from rolling over a dead deer?

Our two families used to spend nearly every summer there at Fay Lake back in the mid 1960's, early 70's. I will never forget the LODGE>>the long lane sawdust bowling machine. The smell of the lodge, the moving water Schlitz beer sign. The bumper pool table had a slight lean. And all the fish we ALWAYS caught no matter what.
The bear in the lodge scared me. And BIG Al Capone's green old hideout coat. And the even bigger bear trap. Oh, and catching all the Blue Gill off the deck, not to mention the Bass caught from the boat. And the cool fish-cleaning house, guts everywhere.

And not the least, nearly drowning once in the pool and then off the dock. Throwing the flying squid-like Frisbee soap suction cup rubber doo hicky at my cousins in the shower making it stick to all parts of the anatomy. I got one of those myself now. ha!! Haven't taught THAT trick to my kids yet.

Two guys who worked there that my two sisters had a crush on dove in and pulled
me out of the deep end of the pool. My sister cried out to save my life, and all I could think to tell her was; "geez you cry funny", and I was saved, (literally), as I take a deep breath. Cool stuff!

I'd love to go back someday, anytime. I owe them for saving my life.
Fantastic memories!
